AUSTRALIA

Orders shipped within Australia are delivered via Australia Post's service.

Customers have the option to purchase standard shipping for $8 or express shipping for $10 per postage.

Delivery times may vary during promotional periods. You will be advised of any expected delays during the checkout process. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details and shipping will take approx. 2-3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

For orders delivered to the UK, US and Canada we offer $20 express shipping. Orders will take approx. 10-15 business days from dispatch.

Packages may be subject to additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various countries outside of Australia.

Please note: We do our very best to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in other countries. If you are unsure of the charges that may apply in your country, please contact your local customs office for more info.

All unclaimed/un-deliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customers own expense. FADE is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended

FADE does not ship to PO Boxes to countries other than Australia.
